Natural soy wax is known for its unique texture and may not always appear smooth. Always make sure your wood wicks are trimmed to 1/8" for optimal burn and trim off the burned wood. Burn for at least two hours to prevent tunneling. There can be unpredictable burns as natural wood wicks are unique and different every time but if there are any issues with the candle not burning please reach out.
Never burn candles out of sight. Keep away from furry pets and children. Keep away from flammables. Warning, material in candles can be flammable and can catch fire so take precautions and always have a fire extinguisher on site.
